Greene County magistrate court, week ending Aug. 8

In Greene County magistrate court April Kniffin of Jefferson was granted a deferred judgment after she pleaded guilty to a charge of compulsory education violation. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. She was placed on probation for one year and must assure her child’s regular attendance at school. Court costs were $60.

A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Sean M. Wilson of Dayton on a charge of disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior. Court costs were $60. Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Neal W. Schoon of Bayard, violation of no contact order; and Roger Keith Ketchum Jr of Jefferson, interference with official acts.
